Ingrediencie:

Made from certified organic apple cider vinegar and all-natural ginger and garlic juice.

Smery:

To prevent leg cramps before bedtime or before engaging in a sporting event: Take 1 capful in 2 ounces of water or fruit juice. If cramping is in progress take one capful in 2 ounces of water or juice or splash or spray remedy on cramping area and rub in. Product may also be drunk direct from bottle.

Nároky:

The ingredients are blended in just the right proportions to stop cramps in less than 2 minutes. (From 20 to 120 seconds on average).

I purchased this product 3 weeks ago. My wife has seen many doctors for leg and foot cramps. Many prescriptions later there was no relief. If you are skeptical about this product, you will not be disappointed. I get pretty severe charlie horse cramps in my feet. I saw a podiatrist, who could find no reason for it. I ordered this product out of desperation, and it worked as advertised! The ingredients are simple and no side effects, other than the bad taste. Use it as directed. If you take it before going to sleep, you will not wake up in the middle of the night by leg & foot cramps. Stops my husbands Cramps in their tracks!
A man told him about this stuff so I ordered him some. He has horrible leg cramps in the night. He hopped up and grabbed this little bottle and within a minute or 2 it was gone!
