Olej s chloridom horečnatým

Smery:

Pridajte 2 unce (60 ml) do vody vo vani alebo v kúpeli na nohy a po každom použití dôkladne opláchnite. Túto nádobu používajte na dolievanie do rozprašovacej fľaše (predáva sa samostatne), streknite 4-5-krát na pokožku a masírujte danú oblasť. Po chvíli sa na miestach, kde ste naniesli sprej, môže objaviť mierne biely zvyšok. Je to zo soli, ktorá zostala na koži, a môžete ju utrieť alebo umyť. Pridajte 2 unce (60 ml) do vane alebo do kúpeľa na nohy a namáčajte ich 20 – 30 minút. Dá sa používať aj ako dezodorant.

Need the larger size!
Was tested by a therapist and told my body needs Magnesium, but on the outside, not in supplement form! Used the smaller size for awhile and it worked so well that I moved up to the larger size! I use it in baths with other oils depending on what my body needs! I love it but be careful mixing with other solids
I didn't realize magnesium oil wasn't really oil.... it is water based and when I made some of my CBD topical products the magnesium oil did not mix and bubbled my products so I had to go back thru all of them and press out the water. I am not sure this is Piping Rocks fault but just beware. it's much better used alone, spray on your feet at night and sleep like a BABY.
