I recently discovered that the daily requirement of Potassium is 4700 mg according to Dr. Eric Berg, which very difficult to achieve. 1/8 tsp. will give you 900 mg. I am very pleased with this product, it is easy to take. Excellent product, tricky container
The potassium is great. Top notch. Mixes in easily. My only issue is with the plastic container being quite thin (better for the environment) and I find it hard to hold it firmly enough to unscrew the lid.
